What I'm Loving Wednesday

Hey y'all!  Lord have mercy.....returning from vacation is NOT fun!

I even came into the office last Thursday morning and worked for a few hours to prevent the dreaded "stack" on my desk!!

Well, it didn't work so instead of throwing my little hissy fit, I decided to take a short break, take a few deep breaths, drink my Spark (because Lord knows I need to focus) and get today's post done for y'all.
Then I'll get back to work!

I'm going to start doing a weekly
post for y'all so always feel free to link up with me!

Today I'm going to link up with my baby sister so go check her out!
She's a new mommy to this sweet boy!
 How stinkin' cute is he???

What I'm loving is that I just came off of a GREAT VACATION!!  Even though I could sit here and moan and groan about how suck balls the weather was last week while we were on vacation, I won't!!
Because I got to spend 9 days of uninterrupted time with The Hubs and I wouldn't trade that
time for a hot day on a beach with a margarita EVER!!

I'm loving......
Please insert picture of the couple in love:
Uh....I'm seriously a loser.....I didn't take one.single.solitary picture of us together in 9 days.
WTH???  Ugh!
I guess it's expected, he hates pictures as much as I do used to!

I'm super duper loving....
That I still got my workouts in EVERY SINGLE MORNING!!!
No commitment....no progress!!

I stayed focused and I'm so proud of myself for that!!!
That's definitely something I have NEVER DONE before!!
I thank my gym partner Melanie for that!
I knew she would be going and I didn't want her to be there alone!

I'm loving.....
We took our days as they came.  We spent most every afternoon at our marina on the dock trying to do some Crappie fishing but after about 6 inches of rain coming down the river they were few and far between!  The rest of the days we just piddled!
Until Saturday....then the sun was back, temps in high 70's so to the dock again minus those fishing poles!  The boat was cleaned, fueled and ready to hit the water and Sunday was an exact repeat!
Which made the ending of vacation a little bit better.

With sunshine, ma' shades and some tunes....I could lay there ALL.DAY.LONG!!!

Then we headed home and had our final vacation meal,
which I am definitely LOVING!
Ya' hearin' me???
Holy moly skewers batman....this is definitely something that will become a regular!!!
If you follow me on IG I shared it there before I could even eat my second fifteenth bite!
IN and ALL AROUND my mouth this stuff was!!
I don't think me and The Hubs even spoke while we ate.....

 6- Johnsonville Chicken Sausages
 1 lb Deer Tenderloin
1 Yellow Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
Marinade: 1/2 cup Agave Nectar 1/2 cup Lime Juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce plus a few splashes 1 pkg raw Stevia Cut meat into 1 inch chunks and marinate for 48 hours. Chop veggies into 1 chunks, place meat/veggies onto skewers and grill.
Mine took approximately 40 mins rolling every 10 mins to grill evenly.
As you're grilling brush more marinade onto skewers to keep moist.
Sides were grilled corn and grilled boudain. I also brushed the boudain with the marinade.
This will become a summer fav, my husband promises!!!

It was amazing!!

 I'm loving....
That after that 9 days together we both feel refreshed, rested and reconnected!

I just chatted with a IG buddy a little earlier and we were talking of how marriage is hard as hell sometimes and there are definitely bumps in the road and we've certainly experienced them.

But every single day I wake up loving my husband more than the day before!!
I'm grateful for his friendship, his patience, his understanding and most of all his love!!

So today what I'm loving the most is.....

Have a wonderful evening!
